JOB TITLE: Sales Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive customer and project assistance from initial development through to full-scale production, collaborating closely with the Key Account Manager and various internal teams.
  • Managing master data and overseeing order processing within an ERP system.
  • Drafting quotations, confirming orders, and addressing customer complaints.
  • Establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Engaging in trade exhibitions and facilitating customer visits.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of internal processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree from a university or a background in commercial education.
  • A methodical, self-sufficient, and dependable work approach with a strong customer orientation.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • A collaborative team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
  • Competence in MS Office; familiarity with ABAS is advantageous.
