To strengthen our E-Mobility team, Vattenfall is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Lead Sales Executive

for a permanent full-time position.

Exceptional challenges require exceptional individuals. We look forward to your committed support in our E-Mobility initiatives. Our rapidly growing unit is responsible for Vattenfall's electromobility business across various locations. You will be part of our German team within the Business Unit E-Mobility, reporting to the Business Development Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will develop and oversee strategies to enhance the utilization of our charging stations, which includes:
    • Identifying new customer segments and ensuring effective internal communication and coordination of necessary interfaces.
    • Recognizing and prioritizing relevant heavy users.
    • Evaluating customers and deriving solution designs for potential clients.
    • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with heavy users (with legal department support) and managing the internal approval process.
    • Maintaining a relationship and customer lifetime value management.
  • You will plan and manage participation in public tenders for charging infrastructure, which includes:
    • Identifying and prioritizing attractive tenders.
    • Handling participation in tender processes with a significant number of charging points.
    • Assembling and leading the tender team.
Qualifications

Your Profile

  • You hold a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Engineering.
  • You have relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • You possess strong entrepreneurial skills and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing external partnerships.
  • You demonstrate a high level of commitment and initiative, along with a positive, proactive, and innovative mindset.
  • You have excellent negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities, with a solid understanding of market trends to build and maintain close customer relationships in the E-Mobility sector.
  • Your communication skills are outstanding, enabling effective coordination.
  • You can work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure.
  • You have good communication skills in both German and English.
