Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global procurement strategy for IT Hardware that aligns with our business objectives.
- Manage the global purchasing volume, identify cost savings opportunities, and negotiate favorable terms with hardware vendors.
- Engage with our regions to identify and promote business opportunities from an early stage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, ensuring technical and budget compliance, as well as supply chain resilience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for hardware procurement, driving innovation and process improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Long-term experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Proactive mentality with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in hardware procurement, negotiation skills, and supplier agreement management are a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages such as German being a plus.
