- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from designing and coding to testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments
- Work closely with different stakeholders in our cross-functional teams, communicating effectively to achieve a common goal
- Contribute to the evolution of our development processes and methodologies, exploring new tools and technologies that can enhance our engineering practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code while adhering to best practices
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers in pair programming sessions, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Completed university studies in (business) information technology, (business) engineering, mathematics, or physics, or comparable practical experience
- Extensive experience in backend development, with a comprehensive and profound experience in PHP, demonstrating practical knowledge in real-world scenarios
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and microservices architecture and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
- Drive to continuously develop both yourself and your team further to become better every day
