Product Innovation Manager Automation

Your Challenges

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Manager Automation to join our team at Eppendorf. As a key member of our Innovation Management Team, you will be responsible for developing a cross-product 'Instruments Portfolio' architecture and new product strategy for the BU Automation.

  • Develop and implement the innovation funnel and portfolio roadmap, and manage the implementation of the 'New Instruments' R&D technology roadmap based on a modular platform architecture.
  • Develop, prioritize, and successfully implement agile development projects, including the development of product vision, user requirements, and business models.
  • Plan and coordinate the successful market launch and revenue of new products in close collaboration with the product management team.
Your Expertise

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in natural sciences, engineering, or economics, and ideally knowledge in business administration. You should have professional experience in business and innovation management, as well as application support, preferably in an international life science environment.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both internally and externally, and good business acumen paired with an understanding of financial metrics.
  • Strong leadership skills, strong networking competencies, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Fluent German and English skills in both spoken and written form.
