Product Innovation Manager Automation

Your Challenges

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Manager Automation to join our team at Eppendorf. As a key member of our Innovation Management Team, you will be responsible for developing the digital portfolio and new product strategy for our Business Unit Automation.

  • Develop and implement the innovation funnel and portfolio roadmap for our hardware, consumables, and service package solutions.
  • Lead the development of new business models, such as Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Pay-per-Use models.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to plan and coordinate the successful market launch and revenue of new products.
Your Expertise

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business administration, software/computer science, or economics. Your experience as a Product Manager/Innovation Manager in product launches, go-to-market strategies for SaaS, PaaS business models, and in building necessary support structures is essential.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product strategies.
  • Strong understanding of business administration, software/computer science, or economics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to think in Minimal Viable (Saleable) Products and lead project teams.
