Your Role: IT Project Manager
As an IT Project Manager at JOTEC, you will play a crucial role in driving successful technology implementations that support our global operations and contribute to our mission of improving patient care. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business units to gather requirements and define project scope for technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage project execution, monitor progress against established milestones, and proactively address any challenges or roadblocks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.
- Leverage your expertise in ERP, CRM, BI, and integration technologies to deliver solutions that meet business needs and drive value.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT project management and business analysis within a technology-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, BI, and integration technologies, with a demonstrated ability to implement complex solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in both German and English.
