Our innovative B2B technology platform connects bus, rail, and ferry operators across over 70 countries with major online retailers.

As we continue to shape the future of travel and expand our global network of transport providers and retailers, we are seeking a Lead Product Strategist to join our Supply domain. This team is crucial for onboarding carriers onto our platform, integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures, and developing revenue-enhancing products for carriers. Our focus is on driving innovation and automation to scale our business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define short-term (sprint) and mid-term (quarterly) roadmaps, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and the organization regarding our objectives to elevate our platform into a world-class transportation marketplace.
  • Monitor and respond to metrics such as usage, adoption, and quality SLAs to maintain competitiveness with other market offerings.
  • Take ownership of strategic projects within your product area: identify business needs, develop user stories and requirements for smooth delivery, and conduct UAT to ensure that the delivery meets customer expectations.
  • Facilitate an adaptive Scrum process to ensure timely delivery of features by the engineering team.
  • Create user documentation to enhance system usability for both internal and external users, establishing the best integration experience available.

Workplace: Hybrid model with a preference for candidates based in Germany.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments, particularly in technical product management and high-load systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of both Engineering and UX domains, with the ability to navigate their intersection confidently.
  • Proficient in APIs, capable of reading JSON and/or SQL, and using tools like Postman.
  • User-driven mindset, able to translate metrics and user behavior into business values and detailed product requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with stakeholders and collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Solution-focused and improvement-driven, actively seeking enhancements in team processes and product quality.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience in managing iterative development and adapting to changing requirements.
