About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Level Techniker to join our IT Support Team for our large industrial clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as a Team Lead, depending on their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support - Provide timely and effective support to our clients via our ticketing system, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Fault Analysis - Conduct thorough fault analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change), hardware and software upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with our Operations Team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • IT Service Management - Develop and maintain IT service management processes, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with ITIL standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills - Proficiency in Windows Client and Server operating systems, Azure AD, AD, Veeam Backup, and virtualized environments.
  • Soft Skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
