We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Expert to join our team at Bechtle. As a key member of our IT Security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network and security infrastructure for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, design, and implement network and security infrastructure solutions for our clients.
- Collaborate with our sales team to provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales meetings and proposal development.
- Develop and test innovative security solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats.
- Contribute to the development of our IT Security team's strategic direction and priorities.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network and security, with expertise in areas such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDN, Next Generation Firewalls, PKI infrastructure, vulnerability management, and Privileged Access Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of Cisco and FortiNet products, with certifications and specializations on Associate, Professional, or Expert levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within Germany.
