We're seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Community Associate to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our community management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and guests
  • Manage front desk operations and coordinate with the community management team
  • Assist with office operations, maintenance, and upkeep of Mindspace facilities
  • Work collaboratively with the community management team to develop and implement community programs
  • Solve member-related issues and ensure a smooth operation
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or project management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of English and German language proficiency
