Deine Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter:in im Customer Service bist du für die Betreuung unserer Kunden verantwortlich. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Kundenberatung und -betreuung rund um das Thema Maut in Deutschland und Unterstützung der Kunden bei manuellen Strassenbuchungen, Abrufungsthemen und bei allen Fragen rund um das Online-Serviceangebot im Kundenportal
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen der Kunden und Dienstleister im Maut Umfeld
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und optimale Kundenorientierung bei der Bearbeitung einzelner Sachverhalte

Was wir von dir erwarten

Wir suchen nach einer motivierten und engagierten Person, die sich für den Kundenservice begeistern kann. Du solltest:

  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in einem Service Center oder Kundenservice Umfeld haben oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen mitbringen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse haben
  • Gute Deutsch-Polnisch Kenntnisse haben
  • Flexibilität und strukturiertes Arbeiten haben, gute Erfahrungen mit MS-Office-Tools (z. B. Outlook, Word, Excel) haben
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung, Zielstrebigkeit, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit haben
