Deine AufgabenAls Mitarbeiter:in im Customer Service bist du für die Betreuung unserer Kunden verantwortlich. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Kundenberatung und -betreuung rund um das Thema Maut in Deutschland und Unterstützung der Kunden bei manuellen Strassenbuchungen, Abrufungsthemen und bei allen Fragen rund um das Online-Serviceangebot im Kundenportal
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen der Kunden und Dienstleister im Maut Umfeld
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und optimale Kundenorientierung bei der Bearbeitung einzelner Sachverhalte

Wir suchen nach einer motivierten und engagierten Person, die sich für den Kundenservice begeistern kann. Du solltest:
- Erste Berufserfahrungen in einem Service Center oder Kundenservice Umfeld haben oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen mitbringen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse haben
- Gute Deutsch-Polnisch Kenntnisse haben
- Flexibilität und strukturiertes Arbeiten haben, gute Erfahrungen mit MS-Office-Tools (z. B. Outlook, Word, Excel) haben
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung, Zielstrebigkeit, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit haben
