Human Resources Partner Manager

Position Overview

As a Recruiter for Partner Management at Corporate Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition strategy. Your primary focus will be on executing comprehensive sourcing initiatives to engage freelance SAP professionals and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing thorough Active Sourcing campaigns to attract top-tier freelance SAP consultants and partner organizations.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments to provide expert consultation and support.
  • Identifying, screening, and directly reaching out to qualified candidates and partner firms.
  • Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Developing candidate pools and fostering long-term relationships with potential hires.
  • Engaging in the evaluation of new tools and methodologies to enhance sourcing efforts.
  • Leveraging advanced Contracting Software to streamline processes.
Qualifications
  • A completed degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in Active Sourcing or recruiting freelance professionals, ideally within the IT/SAP sector.
  • Familiarity with contemporary sourcing techniques, trends, and tools.
  • A structured approach to work complemented by exceptional communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a confident and professional presence.
  • A service-oriented mindset, demonstrating flexibility, proactivity, reliability, and creativity.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
