Your Responsibilities
  • Utilizing your expertise, you will enhance our team by providing knowledgeable legal advice to management and various departments regarding all matters related to life insurance.
  • You will draft tailored legal opinions for executives as needed and manage litigation processes for the life insurance sector, including necessary correspondence with our legal representatives.
  • You will reliably oversee the implementation of new regulatory requirements and assess legal implications during product modifications.
  • Additionally, you will assist with compliance inquiries and respond to complaints from regulatory bodies.
  • You should be prepared to take on fundamental regulatory and organizational topics.
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed second state examination in law.
  • Solid foundational knowledge in insurance law or a willingness to acquire it.
  • Precise and responsible work ethic.
  • Ability to find practical solutions, work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Confident demeanor and strong organizational skills.
