Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Scrum Master, der unsere agilen Prozesse weiterentwickeln und stärken möchte. Als Scrum Master bist du verantwortlich für die Durchsetzung des Scrum-Frameworks und die Moderation von Meetings. Du solltest Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Kunden und im Projektmanagement nach agilen Methoden haben.

Aufgaben
  • Agile Prozesse entwickeln und stärken: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Durchsetzung des Scrum-Frameworks und die Moderation von Meetings.
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden: Du solltest Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Kunden haben und in der Lage sein, ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen.
  • Projektmanagement: Du solltest Erfahrung im Projektmanagement nach agilen Methoden haben und in der Lage sein, komplexe Projekte zu planen und zu steuern.
  • Teamleitung: Du solltest Erfahrung in der Teamleitung haben und in der Lage sein, ein effizientes Team zu führen und zu motivieren.
  • Problemlösung: Du solltest in der Lage sein, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und Lösungen zu finden, die den Anforderungen des Kunden entsprechen.
Qualifikationen
  • Technische Kenntnisse: Du solltest Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und im Projektmanagement nach agilen Methoden haben.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Du solltest in der Lage sein, effektiv mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern zu kommunizieren.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Du solltest in der Lage sein, ein effizientes Team zu führen und zu motivieren.
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeit: Du solltest in der Lage sein, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und Lösungen zu finden, die den Anforderungen des Kunden entsprechen.
