Codemanufaktur GmbH ist ein expandierendes Softwareunternehmen, das auf die Entwicklung komplexer Individualsoftware und Data Science spezialisiert ist. Wir verstehen Softwareentwicklung als Kunsthandwerk und sehen unsere Aufgabe darin, kreative und wirtschaftliche Lösungen für Herausforderungen zu finden, die zuvor als komplexes Problem galten.

Aufgaben und Verantwortung

Als Scrum Master bist du verantwortlich für die Durchsetzung des Scrum-Frameworks und die Moderation der Aktivitäten im Scrum-Prozess. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die agilen Grundlagen im Unternehmen und sorgst für effektive Meetingabläufe mit konkreten Ergebnissen. Du bist auch für die Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen im Team zuständig und vermittelst bei Konflikten zwischen Product Owner und Entwicklungsteam.

Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kenntnisse in der Ressourcenplanung
  • Beherrschung moderner Technologien wie C++, Qt, JavaEE und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement nach agilen Methoden
  • Hohe Empathie im Umgang und in der Steuerung von Teams und Selbstständigkeit in der Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprachliches Niveau ab C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
