Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a Service Owner to ensure the effective implementation, management, and continuous improvement of our product development and project management platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile transformation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as a Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and improve an integrated solution that streamlines the execution of internal and product development projects.
- Facilitate the collaboration between development and project/product management teams by providing a unified platform that supports integrated workflows and data sharing.
- Empower users to leverage the integrated solution effectively by providing training, support, and guidance including best practices.
- Monitor the performance of the integrated solution, address any issues promptly, and implement enhancements to ensure its reliability and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, gather user feedback, and implement changes that enhance the functionality and user experience of the integrated solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a digital field.
- Proven experience in agile working methodologies, knowledge according SAFe, certification as scrum master is a plus.
- Deep knowledge in Azure Dev Ops administration, expertise in resource management and OnePM.
- Experience in the field of application support, knowledge about product lifecycle management is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English and German.
