We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Werkstudent to support our team in nurturing Young Talents. If you are a student enrolled at a university or college, preferably studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the support and guidance of apprentices and dual students within the company, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in the coordination of the "Learning Nuggets" project, ensuring seamless integration of IHK learning content.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with trainers, mentors, IHKs, vocational schools, and universities, promoting a culture of transparency and cooperation.
- Manage community interactions by organizing calls with Young Talents, trainers, and mentors, facilitating open dialogue and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program, with a strong academic record.
- Proficient in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach, able to navigate complex situations with ease.
