Strategic Product Group Leader for Retail Checkout Products

We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Director to lead our Retail Checkout Products portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation and automation of retail checkouts worldwide, enhancing the shopping experience for consumers while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product strategy for CKO products, aligning with the company's overall business objectives
  • Create product roadmaps, pricing strategies, marketing requirements, and opportunities analysis to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with local and international teams for product development and special initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
  • Support market organizations with sales tools, materials, and presentations to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Implement activities for product introductions and software applications, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Participate in product testing, audits, and quality improvement efforts to ensure high-quality products
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field, with a strong understanding of product development and management
  • Several years of experience in product management, preferably in retail, with a proven track record of driving business growth
  • International work experience and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in English and willingness to travel, with a strong understanding of global business operations
