Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our location in Erfurt. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct access control and monitor CCTV systems
  • Respond to emergency situations, including alarms and incidents
  • Manage visitor and guest arrivals, including registration and escorting
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries
  • Ensure smooth operation of the front desk and reception area
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to visitors and staff
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment

Requirements

  • Completion of a security training program or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle
  • First aid and CPR certification
