About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Schlüter Baumaschinen GmbH as a Sales Representative for Heavy Machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on heavy machinery solutions, including product selection, pricing, and financing options
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a related industry, preferably with a focus on heavy machinery
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
