Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for collecting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Support process owners in building and regularly updating the functional roadmap, proposing own ideas to advance the current process landscape
- Identify potential enhancements in existing processes and systems to turn the organization into a leaner organization
- Describe improvement ideas in project charters and change requests based on input collected from process owners or the operational organization
- Lead and manage dedicated workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities for SAP S/4 HANA
- Lead change management activities, including documentation, training, and roll-out
- Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study
- Profound professional experience in operational units/processes organizations in a comparable environment with a focus on Sales
- Deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes
- Deep and hands-on experience in project management and successful change management
- Very good knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP ERP, BW, etc.)
- Deep experience in LEAN and the LEAN methods, Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Knowledge in Sales processes, Marketing processes, and/or in Order Processing/Customer Service processes is a plus
- Fluent English and German skills
