We are currently seeking a Guest Service Manager to oversee our Front Office operations and ensure that every guest receives unparalleled service during their stay.

Our establishment features a variety of accommodations, dining options, and event spaces designed to cater to diverse guest needs. The Guest Service Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily Front Office operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests from check-in to check-out.
  • Leading and motivating the reception team, fostering a supportive environment where team members feel empowered to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitoring occupancy levels and managing reservations to optimize guest experiences and business performance.
  • Addressing any operational challenges promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards to protect both guests and staff.
  • Evaluating team performance and facilitating regular meetings to promote communication and development.
  • Collaborating with the Front Office Manager to manage staff schedules and operational needs.
  • Reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure all guest areas are well-maintained and inviting.
  • Understanding and respecting cultural differences to provide personalized service to a diverse clientele.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with front desk operating systems and GDS.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
