Position OverviewWe are seeking a Part-Time candidate for a temporary role.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients and deliver comprehensive guidance while consistently applying our service protocols.Provide expert insights across all product categories, including brands and new arrivals.Promote current campaigns and special offers utilizing sales support tools.Surpass customer expectations through enthusiastic service and informed advice.Participate in inventory oversight, product presentation, and service stock procurement.Manage customer-focused cashier operations, including packaging, exchanges, and complaint resolution.Required Qualifications
Completed training in retail, service, or customer service sectors.Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is advantageous.A strong passion for sales and customer service.Excellent service orientation and collaborative skills.Proactively enhance knowledge of products, trends, and innovations across all categories.A positive demeanor, openness, and proactive engagement with customers.Empathetic and approachable communication style.Interest in lifestyle and contemporary trends.Proficient in computer usage.What We Provide
