Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time candidate for a temporary role at our location.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and deliver comprehensive advice while consistently applying our service rituals.Provide expert guidance across all product categories, including brands and new arrivals.Promote current campaigns and special offers utilizing sales support tools.Surpass customer expectations through enthusiastic service and expert advice.Participate in inventory management, product presentation, and service stock orders.Manage customer-focused cashier processes, including packaging, exchanges, and addressing complaints.Qualifications
Completed training in retail, service, or customer service fields.Experience in the beauty or fashion sector is advantageous.Strong passion for sales and customer service.Excellent service orientation and teamwork abilities.Proactively enhance knowledge of products, trends, and innovations across all categories.Positive demeanor, openness, and proactive engagement with customers.Empathetic and friendly communication style.Interest in lifestyle and contemporary trends.Proficient in computer usage.Benefits
