Position Overview

As a Salesforce Developer/Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining project scopes and specifications, estimating the necessary resources to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs, and creating comprehensive schedules, test plans, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and specifications, estimate resources needed for the proposed solutions, and develop schedules and documentation.
  • Ensure clear communication of specifications and requirements to development teams while monitoring timelines and progress.
  • Collaborate with clients and users to gather requirements and specifications, working closely with the sales team to understand client expectations.
  • Identify potential discrepancies between systems and client specifications, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Propose technical solutions and oversee the selection of appropriate technologies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and feedback on project progress.
  • Offer subject matter expertise and guidance on complex sales engagements.
  • Review vendor proposals and estimates, ensuring compatibility with internal development projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Developer or Solution Architect role.
  • Technical proficiency in SDKs, AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and JavaScript (for developer role).
  • Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder (for developer role).
  • Expertise in Integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Ability to comprehend requirements and design accordingly.
  • Prepare low-level designs aligned with out-of-the-box standard functionalities (for developer role).
  • Technical expertise in LWC, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, and Visual Force (for architect role).
  • Capable of proposing optimal solutions and conducting reviews.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to Salesforce best practices, leveraging standard Salesforce functionalities (for architect role).
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Communications Cloud (Vlocity), and Mulesoft is a plus (for architect role).
  • Involvement in proposals and RFPs (for architect role).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A knack for finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
