About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Define project scope and specifications, estimate resources required, and develop schedules, test plans, and documentation.
- Ensure specifications and requirements are clearly articulated to the development teams and monitor timelines and progress.
- Requirements Gathering
- Gather requirements and specifications from clients and users in conjunction with the sales team to gain a strong understanding of client expectations.
- Technical Expertise
- Identify potential issues between systems and client specifications and propose new solutions.
- Propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies.
- Provide clients with regular feedback and updates on projects.
- Provide subject matter expertise and direction, guidance, and support on complex sales engagements.
- Review proposals and estimates from vendors and ensure that external solutions work with internal development projects.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
- Education
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst/developer or Solution Architect role.
- Technical Skills
- Technical expertise in SDKs, AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, JavaScript.
- Working experience in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder.
- Expertise in Integration (REST & SOAP API).
- Ability to understand requirements and design.
- Prepare low-level design and align to OOTB standard functionality.
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
- Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
