Role Overview
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Defining project parameters and specifications, estimating necessary resources to create the proposed solution that aligns with client needs, and developing timelines, testing strategies, and documentation.
- Ensuring that specifications and requirements are effectively communicated to development teams while monitoring progress and deadlines.
- Collaborating with clients and users alongside the sales team to gather requirements and specifications, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client expectations.
- Identifying potential discrepancies between systems and client specifications, proposing innovative solutions.
- Recommending the technical solution and overseeing the selection of appropriate technologies.
- Providing clients with regular updates and feedback on project status.
- Offering subject matter expertise and guidance on complex sales engagements.
- Reviewing vendor proposals and estimates, ensuring compatibility with internal development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in a Business Analyst/developer or Solution Architect capacity.
- Technical proficiency in SDKs, AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and Javascript (for developer roles).
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder (for developer roles).
- Expertise in Integration (REST & SOAP API).
- Ability to comprehend requirements and design solutions.
- Preparation of Low-Level Design aligned with OOTB Standard functionality (for developer roles).
- Technical knowledge in LWC, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, and Visual Force (for architect roles).
- Capability to propose optimal solutions and conduct reviews.
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to Salesforce Best Practices, utilizing Standard SF functionality (for architect roles).
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Communications Cloud (Vlocity), and Mulesoft is a plus (for architect roles).
- Involvement in Proposals and RFP processes (for architect roles).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A passion for finding creative solutions to challenges.
- Robust analytical skills with comfort in handling numerical data.
