We are seeking a highly skilled After-Sales Service Manager to join our team at XCMG Europe GmbH in Krefeld. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service management.
Your Profile- 10+ years of experience in after-sales service management or related roles for construction machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Proven experience in team leadership and partnership management
- Familiarity with service quality metrics and continuous improvement processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and with partners
- Proficient in English and French
