Your Responsibilities- Resolve Customer Complaints: Identify root causes of customer complaints and implement rapid resolution strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate Repairs: Oversee on-site and workshop repairs, ensuring timely availability of necessary spare parts and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers, conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and apply improvement measures to enhance customer experience.
- Performance Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to track performance trends, and report to management to ensure continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Coordinate across departments to streamline aftersales procedures, address recurring issues, and standardize actions and follow-ups.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and partnerships with sub-contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality services while staying updated on technological and regulatory changes to adapt practices.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in after-sales service management or related roles for construction machinery.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
