Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Director. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading global client relationships, developing strategic plans, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for central clients, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for accounts in collaboration with agency leadership.
- Identify and drive initiatives for organic growth within client accounts.
- Proactively manage client projects, aligning them with client goals and expectations.
- Track global offers regarding costs and timings, managing quality and expectations between customers and executing agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an advertising agency, with a focus on automotive clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Energetic and adaptable to a creative and fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive problem solver and decision-maker.
