Robot Process Development Intern

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled intern to join our team at Bosch and contribute to the development of innovative robot processes for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concepts for innovative robot applications, leveraging your knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
  • Prototype required components for experimental tryouts, applying your skills in CAD and CAM.
  • Simulate and program robot movements, utilizing your experience with robots and programming.
  • Plan and conduct experiments in our robot laboratory, ensuring the successful implementation of developed processes.
  • Optimize developed processes towards industrialization, applying your analytical skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, software engineering, robotics, or a comparable field.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Familiarity with CAD and CAM, experience in experimental and practical work, and first experience with robots (including programming) is a plus.
  • Personality and Working Practice: Curious, creative, independent, and structured, with excellent communication skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in German or English.
