Payroll and Reporting HR Coordinator (m/w/d)

Full-time position

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will prepare the ongoing payroll in collaboration with our external tax advisor and will be independently responsible for all preceding and subsequent processes.
  • You will serve as the primary contact for managers and employees regarding tax and social security law inquiries as well as questions related to payroll.
  • You will ensure accurate payroll processing, including our benefits (e.g., company pension schemes).
  • You will be responsible for reporting, notification, and certification processes, as well as correspondence with health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities.
  • You will play a crucial role in HR projects (salary rounds, personnel cost rounds, etc.) and continuously optimize and digitize our HR processes.
  • You will establish a monthly HR reporting system and develop it further.
  • You will assist during audits and create provisions in collaboration with our accounting team.
  • You will maintain close communication with our HR Operations Team to ensure accurate data management for payroll and assist in contract creation.
  • You will be the key user for our HR software and time tracking software, responsible for ongoing development and optimization.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You hold a degree or a comparable commercial qualification as a tax or social security specialist.
  • You possess extensive knowledge of German labor, income tax, and social security law.
  • You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment, preferably in a shift operation.
  • Familiarity with the systems Personio/ZMI is advantageous.
  • You have the necessary knowledge and interest to develop the Compensation & Benefits area.
  • You demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Your work style is characterized by analytical skills and precision, along with a solid understanding of numbers.
  • You exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, enthusiasm for challenges, and a high degree of personal responsibility with a solution-oriented work approach.
  • You possess excellent German and English language skills.
