In our product and expertise center, you will manage local IT applications and their integration with corporate frameworks. As the main point of contact for management and staff regarding local systems, you will be instrumental in improving these systems with the assistance of our external and internal service providers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal IT applications, particularly the local ERP system and databases.
- Generate reports and analyses in partnership with various departments.
- Support users with their daily IT inquiries.
- Address and resolve incidents directed to local IT support and assist external colleagues in troubleshooting.
- Participate in cross-location IT initiatives within the organization.
- Advise users on their IT requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues at different locations to support the specialist team with servers, networks, etc., across the organization.
To thrive in this role, you will need (We recognize that not everyone meets all the criteria. A willingness to learn is essential):
- Completion of training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), a relevant IT-related degree, or equivalent expertise.
- Initial experience in managing and programming SQL databases.
- Ideally, experience in ERP systems management.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, analytical, and service-focused work ethic.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
