Als Teamleiter:in für unsere Key Cities in Norddeutschland bist du zusammen mit deinem Team verantwortlich für die Städte Hamburg, Hannover, Dortmund, Düsseldorf und Köln.
Hier stellt ihr gemeinsam sicher, dass euer Team die Restaurantpartner akquiriert, die Kunden begeistert und das weitere Wachstum von Lieferando unterstützt.
- Du übernimmst die funktionale Verantwortung für ein Vertriebsteam (Field Sales) von bis zu acht Außendienstmitarbeitern, die Restaurants in ihren Städten akquirieren.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Außendienst und dem Manager Field Sales in unserem Headquarter in Berlin.
- Du stellst sicher, dass euer Team die gesetzten Vertriebsergebnisse erreicht und erarbeitest zusammen mit deinen Peers und dem Manager Field Sales die besten Strategien dazu.
- Du bist nah am Puls deines Teams und unterstützt mit deinen Vertriebsfähigkeiten dort bei Pitches, wo euer Team alleine nicht weiterkommt.
- Du besuchst euer Team regelmäßig in deren Städten, um sie zu coachen und ihre vertrieblichen Fähigkeiten zu schärfen.
- Für euer Team organisiert du Trainings und Teammeetings, um noch erfolgreicher Restaurants von unserer Leistung zu überzeugen.
- Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Akquisitionsprozesses vervollständigt deine Aufgaben.
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung und bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Vertriebsteams im Außendienst mit.
- Verantwortung, Geschwindigkeit und dein Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist ergebnisorientiert und es motiviert dich, gemeinsam mit deinem Team Ziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.
- Deine engagierte Persönlichkeit und Empathie machen es dir leicht, dein Team anzuspornen und zu inspirieren.
- Du bist ein gutes Vorbild und du liebst es, deine Vertriebsmitarbeiter zu trainieren und noch erfolgreicher zu machen.
- Du bist in der Lage auf Basis von Daten eine Vertriebsstrategie zu entwickeln, umzusetzen und zu vermitteln.
- Du bist gerne unterwegs und regelmäßige Besuche in deinen Städten sowie in unserem Headquarter in Berlin machen dir Spaß.
