Your Responsibilities
- As a Manager (m/f/d) for Global Supply Chain Excellence at the group level, you will define, lead, manage, and deliver global digitalization, process enhancement, and organizational development projects across supply chain functions.
- You will analyze existing practices and develop new best practice processes and organizational models in supply chain planning, order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and production execution, integrating them into the global supply chain framework.
- Your role will involve identifying potential innovations and driving efficiency and automation throughout the end-to-end supply chain.
- You will continuously develop and implement group supply chain standards, maintaining them within our Döhler Operating System to establish a data-driven and process-oriented structure for the end-to-end supply chain.
- Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Supply Chain teams.
- You will provide support in building an end-to-end supply chain strategy and transformation roadmap for the respective supply chain functions.
- You will collaboratively define, develop, and deploy cohesive project programs and plans, ensuring identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones.
- You will manage approved plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within defined scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in a technical or business discipline and have gained professional experience in Supply Chain Operations and project management within an international, multicultural environment.
- With a focus on supply chain management, you possess a solid understanding of S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Production Execution.
- Your proactive approach to challenges enables you to support various departments within Supply Chain in executing critical improvement and transformation projects.
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and can think creatively to challenge the status quo.
- Your quick adaptability allows you to familiarize yourself with new projects and provide advisory support to departments.
- With a proactive communication style, you can effectively engage different stakeholders and groups, even in challenging situations.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of relevant SAP modules and solutions.
- Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in German is advantageous.
