Supplier Relationship Manager in Quality Assurance

Become a part of OSB AG as a Supplier Quality Specialist

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the quality standards of our suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supplier Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality requirements for our suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Key Supplier Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • First Article Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of initial product samples and support procurement initiatives.
  • Departmental Coordination: Oversee and coordinate activities within the department to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Auditing: Perform both internal and external audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Implement corrective actions and continuously seek to optimize processes for better performance.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with APQP components is essential.
  • Experience in auditing and relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High initiative and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and fluent in both German and English.
