Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d)

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will lead and nurture the Finance Team, ensuring both technical and managerial excellence. Your role will encompass:

  • Oversight of Financial Transactions: Ensure meticulous bookkeeping for all business activities and prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Collaboration with Directors: Serve as a strategic partner in budget development and financial reporting.
  • Interdepartmental Engagement: Act as a primary liaison for tax consultants, banking institutions, Payment Service Providers, and other key partners.
  • Financial Planning: Manage financial and liquidity forecasts effectively.
  • Invoice Management: Review, process, and document international invoices while overseeing VAT compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Drive the continuous improvement and digital transformation of accounting processes.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead and implement various financial projects.
Your Qualifications
  • A degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting, ideally as a Certified Accountant.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and controlling, preferably in the E-Commerce sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Dynamics NAV) and advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Adept at identifying and executing process improvement initiatives.
  • A strong analytical mindset coupled with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Exceptional communication and assertiveness skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
