Agricultural Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team in Austria. As an External Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in further developing the Austrian agricultural market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to our clients in close collaboration with the internal sales department.
  • Expand and follow up on our clients in the region, identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships.
  • Conduct market research and networking to stay up-to-date on market trends and product knowledge.
  • Provide expert advice to customers, supported by on-site demonstrations and product knowledge.
  • Share market insights and opportunities with the internal team, supporting marketing actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong proficiency in German and English.
  • Combination of business acumen and technical knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills, efficiency, practicality, and result-oriented approach.
  • Strong administrative organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, both in-person and remotely.
  • Residence in Austria, preferably in Tirol/Vorarlberg.
