Your Role as a Founder's Associate

In this full-time position, you will work closely with the founders on significant management projects. This experience will provide insights into building a successful enterprise and scaling it on an international level, covering various aspects such as Teams, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management.

Additionally, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the consulting landscape. This position is an excellent opportunity to play a crucial role in transforming a stagnant multi-billion dollar market, with the potential for a permanent role and equity in the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects: Engage in business-critical initiatives, assess their strategic significance, and assist in expanding the product and service offerings.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead special initiatives to enhance business and operational processes across various departments and teams.
  • Global Expansion: Oversee essential aspects of our geographical growth, ensuring optimal functioning of our operations, product, and international teams while collaborating closely with them.
  • Support for Founders: Provide assistance to the founders on urgent projects, gaining firsthand experience in the daily operations of scaling a company.

Your Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (within the last 18 months) or soon-to-be graduate (by 2025) from a top-tier university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with excellent academic performance.
  • A strong interest in startups and a desire to prepare for future challenges.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to dissect problems and connect diverse topics.
  • Prior experience in a high-performance setting (consulting, sales, or startups).
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
