Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Circunomics. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive online performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.

Your Profile
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in online performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail in execution.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
