Meaningful & Challenging - Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the overarching goals and values of E.ON Digital Technology.
  • Oversee the creation of content for various platforms, including the corporate website, social media channels, and recruitment materials.
  • Foster and expand partnerships with universities, business schools, and research institutions to enhance awareness of our employer brand and attract top tech talent.
  • Organize targeted recruitment and brand awareness events, as well as diversity and technology fairs.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content, such as employee success stories, testimonials, and multimedia assets, to highlight the company's culture and work environment.

Authentic & Ambitious - Your Profile

  • You are a proactive individual capable of effectively positioning the company as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining top talent while nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a similar field.
  • You are capable of working independently and possess initial experience in employer branding or related areas through internships or student positions.
  • You have a solid understanding of current market trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to articulate a compelling employer brand narrative.
  • You are enthusiastic about cross-functional collaboration.
  • You approach problem-solving with creativity and innovation.
  • Experience in photography and video editing is advantageous but not essential.
