About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Manager to join our team at CTG Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with our partner, Vodafone GmbH, to deliver cutting-edge solutions and services
  • Provide expert advice to clients on digital transformation and ICT solutions, leveraging your knowledge of cloud and security products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our product management team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into our service development and standardization processes
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a B2B focus in the ICT sector
  • Deep understanding of cloud and security product and service offerings
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Results-driven sales approach, with excellent stakeholder management and customer orientation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with a strong understanding of business and technical terminology
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
