Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Manager at Travelcircus, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional pre- and post-sales assistance to our clientele. You will serve as the primary liaison for both domestic and international customers, overseeing the complete booking journey.   • Provide expert guidance and support to customers via phone and email

  • Assist clients in planning their travels and manage bookings with precision

What We Seek from You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service roles
  • Experience in project management
