As the Head of Demand Management, you'll lead all Demand Management activities, taking end-to-end responsibility for process definition, implementation, and optimization. Your experience and innovative ideas will combine with our expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Align business demands with strategic objectives to maximize value
  • Lead demand capture, prioritization, and resource allocation across the organization
  • Collaborate with business units to translate needs into IT/operational requirements
  • Drive process standardization and optimization for efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop demand forecasting models to meet future business needs
  • Establish governance structures for process ownership, monitor KPIs, and report on demand management progress
  • Manage and mentor a global team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and effective communication
  • Oversee quality management of requirements, conduct process reviews, and implement risk mitigation measures

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • 8+ years of managing IT demands, with expertise in process management and requirements management
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives in complex environments
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, project management tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and other relevant frameworks
  • Experience in portfolio management, capacity planning, and aligning business demands with strategic objectives
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, Oracle, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving strategic goals
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts
