Process Owner Demand Management Specialist

Job Description

Fresenius Digital Technology is seeking a highly skilled Process Owner Demand Management to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the demand management process, ensuring its optimization and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Assume end-to-end responsibility for the demand management process, ensuring compliance with and further development of process standards and guidelines.
  • Requirements Management: Record, analyze, and prioritize requirements from various business areas for the demand management process, coordinating and moderating requirements workshops with stakeholders.
  • Coordination and Communication: Close cooperation with business segments, IT, and external partners, ensuring transparent communication and reporting on the status of the requirements.
  • Quality Management: Monitor and ensure the quality of the requirements documentation, conducting process and requirements reviews, and developing and implementing KPIs to measure process performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks in the demand management process, developing and implementing risk mitigation measures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of demand management, process management, or a similar function.
  • Skills: Extensive expertise in process management and requirements management, very good knowledge of ServiceNow, and experience in working with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills, especially with a focus on international teams, and experience in agile frameworks.
  • Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English, good German skills are an advantage.
