Project Management Office Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage Project Management Offices (PMOs) within diverse projects.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings as part of PMO activities.
  • Contribute to the creation and validation of comprehensive project status reports.
  • Serve as a key point of contact and partner for project management teams, fostering collaboration with IT, regulatory departments, and management.
  • Develop compelling presentation materials, reports, concepts, and speeches.
  • Organize and prepare steering committees, steering groups, and status meetings autonomously.
  • Embrace opportunities to contribute new ideas and drive development initiatives.
  • Analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement endeavors.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a degree in economics or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in project management and as a Project Management Office (PMO) specialist within complex projects.
  • Hold a recognized project management certification, such as IPMA or Prince2.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Display a high level of service orientation and initiative.
  • Be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS PowerPoint, and have experience with JIRA and Confluence.
