Lead Business Functional Analyst

Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Functional Analyst to join our Corporate Bank Phoenix team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the automation of our service processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Identify and translate business requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation.
- Analyze business requirements and associated impacts of changes.
- Design and assist businesses in developing optimal target state business processes.
- Create and execute against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation.
- Align with other key stakeholder groups to become the link between business divisions and solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions.
- Master's degree in economics, computer science, software engineering, or comparable professional experience, combined with solid knowledge of the bank's business processes.
- Several years of professional experience as a BFA or Product Owner, especially in complex environments involving multiple applications, ideally also as a team lead.
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to converting ideas into requirements in a Scaled Agile environment.
- Excellent presentation and persuasive communication skills.
- Security in using standard tools (Jira, Confluence) and in BPMN 2.0, Adonis.
- Fluent in English and German.
