Our mission is to support businesses, start-ups, universities, research institutions, and cluster initiatives in areas such as innovation management, financing, EU applications, international markets, regional and social transformation, and innovation policy. Our daily operations create pathways to Europe for businesses, research entities, universities, municipalities, and regional economic development organizations.

As a Project Consultant, you will operate under the guidance of project management in EU-funded initiatives, with a primary focus on Climate, Energy, and Mobility Transition in Urban Areas and Communities. Your role will encompass facilitating innovation processes, conducting research and surveys, organizing and participating in project meetings and events, coordinating project activities, and assisting with operational and administrative tasks within European projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field, ideally in business, technical, or natural sciences
  • A passion for working at the intersection of science and business within interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong organizational abilities, complemented by a friendly demeanor, goal-oriented approach, and customer service focus
  • Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • Familiarity with social media and strong IT competencies
