Project Advisor in Innovation Management

Our daily operations create pathways to Europe for enterprises, research entities, educational institutions, municipalities, and regional economic development organizations.
As a Project Consultant, you will operate under the guidance of project management in EU-funded initiatives, with a primary emphasis on Climate, Energy, and Mobility Transition within Urban Areas and Communities. Your role will encompass facilitating innovation processes, conducting comprehensive research and surveys, organizing and participating in project meetings and events, coordinating project tasks, and assisting with operational and administrative responsibilities in European projects.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field, ideally in business, engineering, or natural sciences
- A passion for collaborating at the intersection of academia and industry within interdisciplinary and international teams
- Excellent communication abilities with partners from various cultural backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills, coupled with a friendly demeanor, goal-oriented approach, and a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Familiarity with social media platforms and robust IT competencies
